"My mother, my sister & myself flew into Melbourne last Friday afternoon and were picked up by a Sunbus driver to take us to our hotel in central Melbourne.

What a great driver, with loads of information for the "1st timers to Melbourne" about trams - costs, where we could walk to, where we could get a tram, markets, what was happening along the way etc. and gave us a great small book of sights & maps. He certainly gave us the confidence to buy tickets & get a tram out to St Kilda to the markets (although the weather was so kind to us) and do other things that we would have been hesitate to try.

When we were picked up on Sunday afternoon, the traffic was horrendous and with all the traffic jams and the passenger stops, the driver advised "that unless he did something drastic we were all going to miss our planes", with the he advised that the traffic behind would be "tooting" but he took another route and we all go there with not much time to spare!

So, hats off to both drivers, for a great job!!!"
