Departs from the terminus in Palmerston Street and runs via Palmerston Street, Wallace Square, Smith Street, Unitt Street, Palmerston Street, Centenary Avenue, Lagarna Drive, Adam Way, McBurnie Drive, Coburns Road, Centenary Avenue, Bulmans Road, Westlake Drive, Bulmans Road, Trethowan Avenue, High Street, Woodgrove Shopping Centre, High Street, Coburns Road, Blackdog Drive, Stanley Crescent, Blackdog Drive, Campaspe Crescent, Coburns Road, Staughton Street to the terminus at the Melton Railway Station.

Route 459 Melton Station to Westlake/Brookfield:

Departs from the terminus at the Melton Railway Station and runs via the reverse of the route described above to Centenary Avenue, Palmerston Street to the terminus in Palmerston Street.

• Time marked "C" indicates V/Line Coach.
• Time marked "A" Deviates via Melton Secondary College, on school days.
  AM Service, normal route to Lagarna Drive and Centenary Avenue then via Centenary Avenue and Coburns Road to the school then via High Street to Palmerston Street bus interchange.
  PM Service, from Palmerston Street bus interchange via High Street, Coburns Road to the school then via Coburns Road, Centenary Avenue, Lagarna Drive then via normal route to Melton Station.
• There is no service on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
