Route Description
Route 458 East Melton to Melton Station:

Departs from the terminus at the corner of Kirkton Drive and Gisborne-Melton Road and runs via Gisborne-Melton Road, Centenary Avenue, O’Neills Road, Unitt Street, Palmerston Street, High Street, Woodgrove Shopping Centre, High Street, Coburns Road, Barries Road, Station Road, Staughton Street to the terminus at the Melton Railway Station.

Route 458 Melton Station to East Melton:

Departs from the terminus at the Melton Railway Station and runs via Staughton Street, Station Road and then via the reverse of the route described above to the terminus at the corner of Kirkton Drive and Gisborne-Melton Road.
